One typical example is the periodical spontaneous bursting activity during development of the in-vitro cortical neuronal network from embryonic rat's brains observed through the MEA device. Currently, I am working on the simulation of this type of neuronal activities and, based on our simulations, try to understand the generation mechanism of what we have observed from experiments.
